BHPA currently in force.

I/we indemnify the Peak Soaring Association, its officers, committee members and members against any claims for damages, loss or injury

caused by or in any way arising out of or in consequence of any act or omission on my/our part(s) at any time whist a member of the Peak

Soaring Association.

I/we agree to keep my/our BHPA membership(s) and confirm that I/we are currently in flying practice. I/we understand that should my/our

BHPA membership lapse then the membership of the Peak Soaring Association lapses with immediate effect.
